Happiness Is…

March 28th, 2008 by AmyL · No Comments

Happiness is…..

  •  a bear hug from your child
  •  sleeping in late on a Saturday morning
  •  watching a family movie together
  •  seeing your kids play happily together
  •  hearing: “I love you Mom” (or Dad)
  •  playing games as a family
  •  watching your kids play sports
  •  bedtime
  •  a refrigerator covered with art projects

*and more…. what would you add to the list?

      Happiness is also…
reading to your child on your lap
enjoying a cup of hot chocolate after sledding
watching the kids play nicely on the beach
      naptime for kids or grownups
the unconditional love given by a child after I’ve “lost it”
…. just a few to add to your great list!

waking up saturday morning with a 5 year old in the middle of the bed, and a 3 year old wiggling beside you both asking for breakfast because “The Sun is up, and you should be too!”

@Doris: great additions! Thanks for coming over here to comment, my friend.

@Soire: Lol. Teaching the boys to sleep late is one of my prouder accomplishments in life.

@Crissy: Wonderful! I love tickle wars.
